Bollywood actress Janhvi Kapoor has been actively engaged in promoting her upcoming film, Mr & Mrs Mahi, where she plays the character of Mahima. During a recent press conference for the movie, Janhvi surprised everyone by revealing her belief in astrology and her habit of checking zodiac compatibility multiple times. When asked about her stance on astrology, especially in the context of her character Mahima's Kundali being matched for an arranged marriage in the film, Janhvi candidly shared her perspective with the media. She expressed, "I think we all have checked our zodiac compatibility. I have done it so many times. I do believe in astrology a lot but not to the extent where I stop talking to a person just because my zodiac sign doesn't match." Mr & Mrs Mahi, which also stars Rajkummar Rao, delves into the romantic sports drama between Mahendra, a failed cricketer, and Mahima, a doctor, who find themselves bound by an arranged marriage. Directed by Sharan Sharma and produced by Zee Studios and Dharma Productions, the film is set to hit the screens on the 31st.
In addition to her role in Mr & Mrs Mahi, Janhvi Kapoor is gearing up for her next project, Devara: Chapter 1, alongside the esteemed Jr NTR. Playing the character of Thangam in the film, Janhvi expressed her admiration for the dedicated work environment on set. She praised the team's passion and storytelling skills, emphasizing the unique portrayal of each character with conviction.
